Edwin Elkins

Madison: Edwin C. "Chuck" Elkins, age 73, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at UW Hospital in Madison. Chuck was born August 11, 1941, in Oak Park, IL the son of Edwin D. and Ellen (Quain) Elkins. He attended St. Lukes Elementary School in River Forest, IL, and was a graduate of St. Philips High School in Chicago. Chuck was a proud member and P.F.C of the Illinois National Guard, and was employed in many positions by the United States Postal Service for 28 years. He is survived by his wife; Mary, sisters; Catherine Elkins, Mary Pat Elkins, and Sheila McDonnell, and other relatives, friends, and cousins. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at ST THOMAS AQUINAS CATHOLIC CHURCH on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 11:00 am, with a visitation from 10:15 am until the time of Mass.
