Edna Parisi

Madison - Edna Parisi, age 92, of Madison, WI passed away on Wednesday Jan. 18, 2017. She was born the daughter of Richard and Laura Meier in 1924. She was married to Edward "Chow" Parisi, who preceded her in death. Edna spent many years working with her daughter Kathy at Gino's Deli. She also volunteered at her church, gardened, and had a booming garage sale business. She and her husband "Chow" enjoyed traveling with friends, casino trips, and their church family.
Edna is survived by her daughter, Kathy Gargano; grandson, Peter Gargano and his children, Devereaux, Kingston, and Pyper. She is also survived by her grandson, Joe Gargano and his daughter, Riley.

Edna is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her sister, Blanche, and her brother, Richard "Bud."

The family would like to thank Kelly (Edna's "girl Friday"), Sue (Edna's neighbor and co-conspirator), and Jo & Jan (Edna's friends and angels in residence).

Family and friends may visit at Midvale Community Lutheran Church, 4329 Tokay Blvd, Madison, on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017 from 1 p.m to 2 p.m. The Memorial Service will take place at 2 p.m.
