Doris Pierce

Madison- Doris Mae Pierce age of 79 passed away early Saturday morning June 21, 2014. Doris was born on June 18, 1935 to Frederick & Irene Statz. Preceded in death by her father, Frederick; mother, Irene; her sisters, Laverne & Marie; and her brother, Fritz. Survived by her loving husband, Roy; 3 children, Mike; Kevin; & Kathy; her 4 grandchildren, James; Jenileigh; Alyssa; & Jordan; her sisters, Lucile; Joann; & Donna; & her many nieces & nephews. Doris enjoyed watching softball, playing cards, listening to Jim Reeves, & spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held at the Cress Center, 6021 University Ave. Madison, WI. Tuesday July 1, 2014 from 4pm-8pm with a memorial service at 7pm with Fr. Bart Timmerman presiding.
