MADISON--Donta "Mr. Sweet Face" Amillyon Duncan passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at the age of 6 weeks.

Donta is survived by his parents Jonathan Duncan and Dominique Mays; brothers Lamont Mays and Jamal Duncan; grandparents Ulysses and Laveshia Wiggins; great-grandpa Jeff Ford; aunt and uncles Johnny Ford, Derrick Ford, Nicholas Johnson, Johnny Williams, Consweller Ford, Lasummer Jones; and many other cousins and relatives. Donta was preceded in death by his grandma Jetty Duncan and grandpa Samuel Mays; and great-grandparents Dorothy Ford.

A Celebration of Donta's life will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at the Cress Center, 6021 University Ave., Madison, WI 53705.
