Cambridge - Donna J. Wolf, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at Our House Senior Living. She was born on March 1, 1930 in Pleasant Springs, Wisc., the daughter of Arthur and Evelyn (Hoveland) Freberg. She married Rolland Wolf on January 23, 1949 in Stoughton, Wisc.
Donna and Rolland raised three boys on a farm in the Hillside area. On the farm they grew Tobacco and other crops. She enjoyed helping with harvest, taking care of her large garden and her yard work. She was an avid member of East Koshkonong Lutheran Church for many years. Donna was a devoted mother and grandmother to five grandsons and four great granddaughters. She enjoyed watching and raising the grandchildren at her home.
She is survived by her 3 sons, Michael (Friend Patti); Jerry (Connie); and Richard (Jody); four grandsons, Jeramy; Ben (Friend Meg); Kiel; and Mitchel; four great granddaughters, Oceona; Layla; Kira; and Kilynn.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Rolland; and grandson Cody.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at East Koshkonong Lutheran Church, 454 E. Church Rd., Cambridge, with Rev. Michael C. Rehak presiding. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services on Sunday. Donna will be laid to rest next to her husband at East Koshkonong Cemetery. Following the burial, friends and family will gather for coffee and desserts in the church friendship hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made out to Marquardt Hospice or East Koshkonong Lutheran Church.
