Donna Schwanz

Stoughton – Donna Marie Schwanz, age 78, passed away peacefully on Friday November 5, 2021, at her home in Stoughton.  Donna was born April 10, 1943, in Amherst, to the late Millard and Louise (Packer) Miller.  She was raised by her mother Louise and her husband Wilbert Reuter on a farm outside of Mazomanie since she was 7 years old.  Donna was active in the VSA Choir, CLC, and enjoyed Trek Tours, Special Olympics (Bowling), Aktion Club, Fishing Has No Boundaries, and worked at McDonald’s for 13 years.

Donna is survived by her daughter April (Tom) Swenson; brother Doug (Nancy) Reuter; brother Jerry (Juana) Reuter; sister Mary (Al) Hoefert; sister Bonnie Darling; and is further survived by nieces, nephews, dear friends Sara K., Monica, and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Louise and Wilbert Reuter, brother Bill Reuter, brother-in-law Dale Darling.

A funeral will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday November 12, 2021, at GOOD SHEPHERD BY THE LAKE, 1860 Hwy 51, Stoughton with Rev. Todd McVey presiding.  Burial will follow at Lutheran Cemetery South.  Visitation will be from 9:30 Am until the service on Friday at the church.
