Dennis L. Anderson

Stoughton- Dennis L. Anderson, age 57, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2009.   He was born in Stoughton on July 16, 1951, the son of Clifford and Elaine (Showers) Anderson.   Dennis grew up on a farm, attended Stoughton Schools and retired from Bow Matic of Madison.   On September 20, 1969 he married Judy Stiff at First Lutheran Church in Stoughton.   Dennis was a musician, playing drums in bands around the area for 30 years.   He enjoyed the Packers and collecting toy tractors.   Dennis is survived by his wife of 40 years, Judy; two children, Craig Anderson and Becca (Todd) Arvold; five grandchildren, Dylan, Samantha, Zachary, Brooke and Jacob; his mother, Elaine; siblings, Phil (Pat), Nancy (Dave) Julseth, David and Joan (Larry) Campbell; and many nieces, nephews and friends.   He was preceded in death by his father.   Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 9, 2009 at Olson-Holzhuter-Cress Funeral Home in Stoughton.   Burial will follow in Lutheran Cemetery South.   Friends may greet the family from 10:30 AM until the time of services on Monday.
