Dean Guetschow

DeForest - Dean Leonard Guetschow, age 61, passed away on Friday, April 25, 2014 at Serenity Home in DeForest. He was born on June 18, 1952 in Madison, Wisconsin, the son of Elmer and Margaret (Struck) Guetschow. Dean worked for Fish Building Supply for 22 years. He enjoyed raising show rabbits with his dad and brother for many years. Dean loved country music and spending time with his family and friends.

Dean is survived by his sister, Marcia (Hal) Marshall; brother, Roger (Darlene) Guetschow; nephews and nieces, Bill (Kristen) Guetschow, Jeff (Jackie) Guetschow, Matthew (Janice) Marshall, Dana Marshall, Amy (Stace) Jones, Jason Marshall and Daniel Marshall; grand nieces and nephews; special friends, Don Alme and Gayle Ruby; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A funeral service will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Avenue, on Friday, May 2, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park in Monona. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
