David Stephens

MADISON- David "Dave" Scott Stephens, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. A lifelong resident of Madison, Dave, an army vet, loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting. An animal lover, he was never without a beloved dog. Dave always had a kind word, making people smile and laugh with his quick wit. He was a courier at HP for over 14 years.
Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Dave and Arlene. Survivors include his wife, Marianne; children, Lynne (George) Gamboeck, David, Tim, and Tom Booth; sister and brother-in-law, Nancee and Robert Abrahamson of CT; grandchildren, Chris, Jayme, and Angel Gamboeck, David L. Booth, and Kayci Anderson; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10-11AM on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at the Cress Center, 6021 University Ave., Madison, WI 53705 with a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Full military honors will follow services.
