David R. Randolph

David R. Randolph passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025 peacefully at home, surrounded by his family. He was born on March 2,1936 in Elroy, WI to his parents Harold and Martha (Subera) Randolph. He graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1954. 

Dave spent 8 years in the Air Force before starting a 39-year career in the insurance business, mostly as a Personal Lines Underwriter. 

He loved all types of sports and was a great fan of the Milwaukee Brewers, Badgers, and the Green Bay Packers. He was known as "Swish" as he never hit the rim of the basket. Dave was also invited for tryouts for the St. Louis Cardinals. 

On April 8th, 1961, he married Klee Randolph (Ashbaugh). They enjoyed 63 years of married life together. They had two children, Susan Ary of Beaver Dam, WI. Mark Randoph of Marshall, WI. 

Dave is survived by his wife Klee; daughter Susan; and son Mark; three grandchildren Daniel Kidd, Michael Kidd (Liz), and Ashley Ary (fiancé Aaron Ebert); and great-granddaughter Jadelynn Kidd. He is further survived by his brother James (Joan), and many nephews, nieces, and friends. Dave was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Donald and his wife Virginia. 

Visitation will be from 11-1:00 PM on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Cress Funeral Home SUN PRAIRIE with a Memorial Service to being at 1:00 PM with full military honors.
