Daniel A. Sigerstad

Cedar Creek , NE/Stoughton- Daniel A. Sigerstad, age 83, passed away on Monday, September 15, 2008 in Plattsmouth, NE.  He was born in Kenosha on March 10, 1925, the son of Hilmar and Helmiene (Nielson) Sigerstad.  Daniel married Jean Johnson who preceded him in death in 1978.  He was a Civil Servant for the U.S. Air Force as a carpentry shop instructor.  He is survived by his son, Thomas Daniel Sigerstad of Frostburg, Maryland; niece, Diane Jenson of Stoughton; and special friends, Marge Stark of Hemet, CA and Teri Adams of Yuma, AZ.  Daniel was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Richard Sigerstad.  Graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, September 19, 2008 at Eastside Cemetery in Stoughton.
