Daniel Capaul

Daniel J. CaPaul (Dan) passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 8, 2013.

Dan was born on October 10, 1965 to Joseph and Shirley CaPaul
He graduated Waunakee High School in 1984 and UW-Oshkosh in 1988 with a degree in English. Dan was employed in various occupations, but enjoyed being on the home farm in Westport with his family and friends the most. He enjoyed the simple things in life; his family was very important to him

Dan leaves behind his father, Joseph CaPaul, his sister Chris Barman (Ron), his brother Joe CaPaul, (Deb), his sister Kathy Tutton (Dave) and his daughter Jessica CaPaul and her mother Cheryl Droes. He was also very close to his nieces and nephews: Tim, Kyle and Rachel Barman; Sergei and Misha CaPaul; Julia and Dillon Tutton. Dan is also survived by his Aunt Sue (Hugh), Uncle Jim (Nancy) and his Aunt Janice (Gene), as well as a very close knit group of cousins and friends.

Dan was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley; grandparents Arlo and Nellie Walther; Joseph and Nora CaPaul.
Funeral services will be held on Sat. Jan. 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St Mary of the Lake Catholic Church 5460 Mary Lake Rd. in Westport. Rev. Dave Johannes will officiate. Friends may call at the Winn-Cress Funeral Home, 5785 Hwy Q on Fri., Jan. 11, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friends may also call at the church on Sat. from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will take place in the church cemetery

Dan, you left us too soon. We will miss our Saturday morning chats. Rest in Peace.
