Dale A. Johnson

Madison - Dale A. Johnson, age 90, passed away on Fri. June 24, 2011.
Dale was born in Park Falls, Wis. on May 5, 1921. He graduated from Lincoln High School in Park Falls. Dale then enlisted the Army Air Force in 1940 and served until 1945.
Dale married Vera Brandenburg in Appleton Wis. on May 5, 1949. He worked for the post office for 20 years prior to retirement. Dale was a member of the Capital Area Carvers of Wisconsin and the Madison Lapidary and Mineral Club.
Dale is survived by his wife, Vera; son, Jan (Vicky); a brother, Sidney (Edith); a sister, Marlys (Jim) and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Dale was preceded in death by his oldest son, William and three sisters.
Private family services are planned.
