Dale E. Fields, age 52, died Wednesday, January 7, 2009 in his home.  He was born January 5, 1957 in Amarillo, Texas, the son of James and Pauline (Pond) Fields.  Prior to his illness, Dale had been employed by Oscar Mayer for many years.
Survivors include his mother Pauline of Madison;  2 sisters: Janice Johnson of Stoughton and Denise Fields of Madison; 2 brothers: Gary and Larry Fields both of Madison and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father.
A celebration of Dale's life will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, January 12 at CALVARY GOSPEL CHURCH 5301 Commercial Avenue.
