Creola Zweifel

MADISON-Creola M. Zweifel (Duppler), age 94, passed away at Attic Angel Place on Thursday, April 6, 2017. She was born on August 18, 1922 in Paoli to Frederick "Fred" and Zella (Remy) Duppler.

Creola worked for over 30 years at the UW-Madison Registrar's Office.

Creola is survived by her daughter Peg (Steve) Martin; grandchildren Matt Martin, Jason Martin, Matt (Emily) Zweifel, and Sarah (Jeremy) Lockwood; and 3 great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother Vernon Duppler, and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends. Creola was preceded in death by her husband Ed and son Phil (the late Deborah).

Visitation will be from 10-11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 2115 Rowley Ave., Madison, WI 53705 with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 AM. Creola will be brought to her final place of rest at St. William Catholic Cemetery in Paoli.
