STOUGHTON-Craig Alan Sornson, age 38, of Stoughton passed away on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017 at home. He was born on August 15, 1979 in Madison, the son of Berlin Sornson and Diane Knoble.
Craig was loved by many and had so much love to share. He will be remembered as a good man with a big-hearted soul. Craig always had an infectious smile and brightened up the room. He had many talents and enjoyed the outdoors. Craig lived a full and sometimes crazy life with the many adventures he went on.
He attended Stoughton Schools and graduated in 1998. After graduating he went to Horry Georgetown Technical College in Myrtle Beach, SC for hotel/motel management. Craig worked at various jobs, doing window tinting, managerial positions, bartending, and enjoyed competition BBQ..
Craig is survived by his dad, Berlin Sornson; mom, Diane (Bruce) Knoble; sister, Tami Sornson (Christopher Nolley); five nephews; grandma, Dorothy Schumann; and many aunts, uncles, and more friends than you could count.
Craig was preceded in death by his brother, Nick; grandparents, Julian and Alma Sornson, Fred Schumann; and his dog, Jade.
Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, September 15, 2017, at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 206 W. Prospect St., Stoughton. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services on Friday. Craig will be laid to rest at Lutheran South Cemetery in Stoughton.
