Madison - Charles Benjamin Simpson was born on November 30, 1954 and died on May 24, 2023. He was the son of Beverly Schnering and James Simpson. Charles was a well-known figure in downtown Madison for much of his life. He will be missed greatly by his family.
There will be a family hosted gathering on June 25th at 5:00 pm in the upper shelter at Garner Park, 333 S. Rosa Road, Madison, WI 53705.
