MADISON--Charles L. "Chuck" Garel, age 63 passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 7, 1950, the son of the late Charles, Sr. and Beatrice (Lewis) Garel.

He is survived by his wife; Marietta, son; Lonnie "Matt", a daughter; Prudence, granddaughter; Aeja and two siblings; Lisa Barnes and Robert Garel Sr.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Ave., Madison on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Michael Radowicz presiding. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
