Charles Czarnezki

CColumbus/Sun Prairie - Charles K. "Chuck" Czarnezki, age 80 passed away at his home on Monday, February 8, 2016. He was born on May 3, 1935 in Madison, the son of George and Catherine (McCulloch) Czarnezki. For over 30 years, Chuck owned and operated Chuck's Service Center with his son, Jeff in Sun Prairie until his retirement. On June 18, 1994, Chuck was united in marriage to Mavis Berg Heiman. Not only was Chuck; a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, he was also a good provider for his family. His ambitions in life were hunting, fishing, dog trials, traveling, going on cruises and his occasional trips to the Las Vegas.

Chuck will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife of 22 years; Mavis Czarnezki, three children; Jeffrey (Vicki) Czarnezki, Carrie Lynn Czarnezki and John Czarnezki, two step children; Brenda (Fred) Heller and Pamela (Dennis) Low, three grandchildren; Tanya Czarnezki, Jaimi (Andy) Koechel, and Jason (fianc�, Bekki Fuchs) Collins, nine step grandchildren; Tim Depew, Bryana (Mark) Collard, Gwen (fianc�, Matt Griffey) Marquardt, Alexa (Luke) Sieber, Megan Heller, Scott Heller, Katie Low and Jenny Low, six great grandchildren; Tayler, Kyle, Maxim, Ashley, Zachary, Gavin and seven step great grandchildren; Korbin, Karsen, Jasmine, Declan, Macy, Ava and Mikayla. He is also survived by cousins, other loving family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife and mother of his children, Janet Czarnezki.

Funeral services will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, WI 53590 on Friday, February 12, 2016 at 11:00 am with Father Ray Discher officiating. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and staff at the cardiac unit at St. Mary's Hospital and Home Health United Home Hospice for all the care and compassion given to Charles and our family.
