Chandrawtie Bhagwandin

Chandrawtie Bhagwandin, known as Maureen, passed away on November 23, 2024 at her daughter's residence. She was the daughter of the late Miram George (Ruby) and Kisson Singh. She joins her late husband, Ram and son, Dave in the Heavens. 

She is survived by her daughters: Rohenie, Indira and Savitri; sons: Rajendra and Surendra; sons and daughter-in-law: Salomon, Willo, Sano, Jasoda, and Jennifer; grandchildren: Viren, Mento, Nirvani, Trishna, Kavita, Shauna, Cindira, Prativa, Shastri, Ravie, Avinaash, Swastie and Alyssa; great-grandchildren: Ashwin, Connor, Ariella, Arya, Kashmira, Kaydin and Amora. Additionally, Maureen is survived by her aunt, known as, Auntie Bucking; sisters: Deowatie, Chiney and Satie; brothers: Pradeep, Moses, Roy Chhaidan; and sister-in-law: Seeta and Maria. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters: Kishore, Tony, Angali (Auntie Pran) and Grenno. 

Maureen was a very kind person and dedicated her life to serving others. She worked as a CNA at Unity Point, Meriter Hospital for 18 years. Maureen will be truly missed by all of her friends and family.

Funeral service will be held from 10 am - 2:30 pm at the Cress Center, 6021 University Ave, Madison, WI 53705.
