Casey Shotts

Sun Prairie - Casey Christine Shotts, age 37, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at her home in Sun Prairie. She was born in Madison, Wisconsin on January 16,1980, the daughter of Gary D. Shotts and Susan Hill. Casey enjoyed life with her girls Hayley and Hannah. The three of them have an incredible network of friends that have made the last three years the best they could be. She fought surrounded by the love and support of too many to name - with the gift of laughter through the tears.

Rest now Casey - knowing your girls will be well taken care of by those who will miss your sweet & spirited presence every day.

She is survived by her daughters, Hayley and Hannah Cowell; mother, Susan Hill; brother & sister-in-law, Danny & Ashton DeRusha; grandparents, Pete & Charlene Hill; uncle, Pete (Gina) Hill; aunt, Kathy (Ken) Jordan; nieces & nephews, Steve (Jenna) Hill, Tracy (Brett) Barker, and their children who Casey adored Jake & Caitlyn Jordan, the triplets - Joel, Louie & Sullivan Hill, & Ella, Lexi & Gracyn Barker; great uncle (aunt), Jim (Patti) Brickson.

Casey was preceded in death by her father Gary Dean Shotts; great-grandparents Adeline & Casper Brickson; Theodore & Irene Hill; & her aunt Cara Christine Collier which Casey felt a closeness to her entire life even though she passed in 1988.

A gathering will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, on Saturday, September 16, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Memorials either to Hayley and Hannah Cowell or in Casey's name to someone fighting this fight. No one should do it alone.
