Carol Rose Brumm

DeForest -- Carol Rose Brumm, age 70, passed away after a short illness on Tuesday, December 22, 2009, at her home in DeForest. She was born on December 5, 1939 in Clark County Wisconsin, the daughter of Arthur and Ethel (Wagner) Manthey. Carol loved gardening and cooking. She enjoyed talking Nascar and watching classic movies. 

Survivors include her sister, Virginia Hein; nieces and nephews, Richard (Cynthia) Showers, Linda Kopplin and Diane (Clyde) Flynn; a special friend, Ed Fiorito; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.

Funeral Services will be held at WINN-CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 5785 Hwy Q., Waunakee, on Monday, December 28, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Kingsley Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, December 28, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
