Bridget Bailey Perkins

September 10, 2002 — January 15, 2025

Madison

Bridget Bailey Perkins, age 22, departed for her next great adventure on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. She was welcomed into the world on Tuesday, September 10, 2002, in Madison, Wisconsin. Emily and Mark had the honor of being her mom and dad; Lucia and Charlotte had the joy of being her younger sisters.

Bridget was a musician, an artist, and a loving sister, daughter, granddaughter, and friend. She lived her life as she wanted to live it, creating her own path forward. From the time she was born her life was one of color, music, and art. She saw the world around her in a completely unique way and she expressed this world through the beautiful music she created. She was a natural at the piano, was a percussionist in middle and high school band, and eventually began composing her own music, incorporating original songs in her videogame designs. Music was her passion.

Bridget lived life with curiosity, creativity, and compassion. She valued her time with family and friends, sharing her dry sense of humor and knack for word play. She could always be counted on to offer an honest movie or music critique. Her parents and sisters treasure the memories from their many adventures and travels. She loved to laugh, she loved to eat, and she loved her people.

Bridget is greatly missed by her parents, Emily and Mark, her sisters, Lucia and Charlotte, her grandparents, Deborah Bailey and Lynn (Deann) Bailey, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Bridget’s brave and gracious spirit is now reunited with her Grandma Nelda, Aunt Rebecca, and many more.

Please join us in honoring Bridget’s life at First Unitarian Society Church, 900 University Bay Drive, at 12 PM on Saturday February 15.

Thank you, sweet Bridget, for sharing your 22 years with us. We are lucky to have known you. We love you infinitely.
