Brian Flynn

Madison - Brian James Flynn passed away on Monday, June 11th at Meriter Hospital. He was born in Madison on June 3, 1956 to James and Arlene (Dorschner) Flynn.

Brian worked at Oscar Mayer for almost 30 years before retirement, and made many friends during his time there.
He also worked at Josie's Spaghetti House and Benson Optical.
He received his degree in Liberal Studies from MATC.

Brian loved gardening in his spare time and could be found at the Madison Farmer's Market almost every Saturday morning, bright and early.
He loved riding his bike and enjoyed visiting the many bike trails in Madison.
He was very interested in history (especially local Madison history) and enjoyed golfing with his friends from Oscar Mayer.

Brian is survived by his daughter Erica (Ed) Stapic; three grandchildren Luka, Aiden and Ruby; his wife Cathy; and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 22nd at 12:00 pm, at Cress Funeral Home on Speedway Road, in Madison, WI.
