Madison- Brad Turbyfill, age 31, passed away in an automobile accident on Monday, December 30th, 2013. He was born on February 9th, 1982 in Rockford Illinois, the son for Forest and Virginia (McCartney) Turbyfill. Brad was many things, but what stuck out most of all was his friendship. He had so many people consider him their best friend. You could pick up a conversation 20 years down the road like it was yesterday. He was a very social guy, life of the party. His schedule was always full of events, birthdays and celebrations. When he walked in everyone cheered. He lived vicariously through others, he was genuinely happy for other people's discoveries of talent and passion. He took your hobbies, and found something about them to make them his own because he wanted to, not because he felt obligated. He had a thirst for life and good times. He picked up many hobbies such as bowling, poker, zip lining and also glass blowing, which became his passion. Some good tunes and a torch was just what he needed on a late night. There is not a person he met that he didn't imprint on their heart. He will be sorely missed by all.
Brad is survived by his father, Forest Turbyfill; sister, Amanda Turbyfill and brother, Chad McCartney.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
