Boyice Williams, Sr.

Madison - Boyice L. Williams, Sr., age 83, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2012. He was born on May 13, 1928 in Senatobia, MS, the son of Daniel and Hattie (Franklin) Williams. He was united in marriage to Mary Jo (Hodowanic) Ball. Boyice worked for the University of Wisconsin Hospital as an Orthopedic Technician helping many people especially children, until his retirement.

He had a wonderful sense of humor and was always joking around. Boyice was a devoted Christian. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to fish. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Boyice is survived by his children, son, Boyice L. Williams, Jr.; daughter, Hattie J. Williams; grandchildren; Kiersten Krause, Alex Fritzler, Morgan Fritzler and Taylor Williams; sister, Bonnie Williams; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Christine Stigler, Leona Robertson and Ernestine Glover.

A funeral service will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison, on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at 12:00 p.m.. A visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
