Bonnie Mae Phaneuf, age 79, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026. Dedicated was the perfect word to describe Bonnie. Dedicated to family, community, and work, Bonnie brought compassion everywhere she went. She was married to her husband Paul for 51 years, worked for the state of Wisconsin Department of Transportation for 41 years, spent weeks traveling and cooking for the Capitolaires Drum & Bugle Corps, attended countless hockey games, overture center shows and devoted much of her time to giving back to her community. She enjoyed spending the warm Wisconsin months tending to her home flower garden. As a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 360, Bonnie received many awards, her passion to give back was evident as she often cooked & volunteered in the community.
Bonnie is survived by her daughter Diane, son, David (Michelle), four cherished grandchildren, Devon (Jazmin), Ashlyn (Jacoby), Madeline, and Elaina, and two adored great grandchildren, Luna and André, who were loved dearly by her. Bonnie is forever remembered by her siblings, Richard Moll, Larry Moll (Margie), Roger Moll (Deb), and Barb (Jonhs) Fernandez and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents Lubert and Elda Moll, and her husband Paul.
For 30 years, Bonnie spent her mornings with her coffee clutch crew at Copper Top. We thank & honor her extended family, providing her great comfort & joy for many years.
