Bob Frint

Robert A. Frint, 89, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the Wisconsin Veterans Home at King, WI. Bob was born on January 9, 1927 to the late Archie and Louise (Yake) Frint.

Bob attended and graduated from Columbus High School, Class of '45. He was a veteran having served with the United States Navy. Bob married Ruth Ann Davenport on June 19, 1948. Together, they enjoyed numerous camping trips with friends.

Bob worked as an accountant for Wisconsin Power and Light for many years until retirement. He was a long-time member of Bethany United Methodist Church. Bob recently had the opportunity to take part in the Honor Flight. He cherished his friend, Mara Johnson, for taking him and their time together.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth and son, Ross.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. at BETHANY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 3910 Mineral Point Road, Madison, with Pastor Brad Mather officiating. A visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial at Roselawn Memorial Park, Monona, with Military Honors will follow the service and reception.
