Middleton - Betty J. Fralka age 87, of Middleton passed away on Wednesday August 21, 2013 after a long battle with cancer.

She was born on August 13, 1926 in Madison, WI the daughter of Russell and Irene (Herrling) Quast.

Betty is survived by her children Jeanine Puls of Savage, MN and Steve (Jean
Zander) of Cross Plains, WI and 4 grandchildren: Jordan Puls, and Lauren, Claire and Anna Fralka. Her husband Eugene preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be private.

The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to Agrace HospiceCare staff for their great care and loving support to our Mother. We would also like to thank her neighbors for their many kindnesses and years of friendship.
