Betty Binns, age 88, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026.

Betty was born on June 12, 1937, in Viroqua to Ivan and Banty Abbey. She married Keith Binns in 1963 at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church.

Betty was an avid reader who found great joy in books throughout her life. She also loved gardening, especially cultivating and enjoying her large wildflower garden. A devoted mother, she cherished time spent with her daughter, making homemade candy together and creating beautiful landscapes around their home.

She is survived by her daughter, Lorelei Binns, along with other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Betty will be remembered for the long friendships she kept up with through her letter writing, and the simple pleasures that brought beauty to everyday life.
