Arthur Ofsthun

Cottage Grove- Arthur Jay Ofsthun, age 65, died on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. Art enjoyed tractor pulling, and hunting and trap shooting with all of his friends. He is survived by his two children, April and Bret Ofsthun; sister, Julie Clark; brother, John Ofsthun. Art was preceded in death by his parents, Obert "Pete" and Mildred Ofsthun; brother, Terry; grandparents; and many aunts and uncles. Per Art's wishes, a Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Deerfield Rod and Gun Club. The family would appreciate funeral donations in lieu of flowers. Please share your memories.
