Ardell Westby

Deerfield - Ardell Westby, age 79, passed away on Monday, November 4, 2013. She was born on November 20, 1933 in London, Wisconsin, the daughter of Knute and Mabel (Halverson) Nelson. She was united in marriage to Milo Westby on July 22, 1956. Ardell loved to read, play bingo and she especially loved animals. She liked going for rides and eating ice cream. She had a heart of gold and was very giving.

Ardell is survived by her children, Mabel Kvatek, Jane Grunewald, John Westby and Marie (Troy) Kluever; her grandchildren, Jared (Samantha), Audrey (Jason Venden), Darren (Aimee), Kelli, Tyler, Danielle and Robert; 4 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends. She is also survived by her family at Capitol City Riders Club where she enjoyed events and dancing with Paned.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Milo and a sister, Claudine Larson.

A memorial service will be held at WEST KOSHKONONG LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1911 Koshkonong Rd, Stoughton, on Saturday, November 9, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Richard Dowling officiating.
