Stoughton- Amy B. Wethal, age 48 of Brooklyn, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. She was born in Stoughton on June 7, 1960, a daughter of Lee and Edith (Olson) Swenson. She married Robert Wethal in June of 2007. Amy worked as a nurse's aid at numerous nursing facilities in and around the area. She loved her cats and was an avid Packers fan. She is survived by her husband Bob; three children, Jessica (Doug) Landess, Jeremy (Jessica) Wethal and Jennifer Wethal; six grandchildren, Courtney, Morgan, Austin, Mason, Evan and Ethan; her mother, Edith Swenson; two brothers, Jim (Kris) Swenson and Jeff Swenson; a sister, Ann (Dave) Weaver; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 11:00 am at the Olson-Holzhuter-Cress Funeral Home in Stoughton with the Rev. Paula Geister-Jones officiating. Following services, there will be a luncheon at the VFW Hall in Stoughton. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
