Allen Braddy

Allen Braddy, age 78, of Waunakee died suddenly on Tues. April 16, 2013 at UW Hospital in Madison. He was born in Wayne City, Illinois on April 9, 1935 to James and Fern Braddy. Al retired as a truck driver for Amoco Gas Company in 1991. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna in 1992.
In 1995 he married Dorothy Meyer and they resided in Waunakee.
Survivors include his wife Dorothy, her children Jeanette (Bill) Kvale, Joanne (Jim) Quam, Lorraine (Chris) Nielsen and her son Ed (Sue) Pietrzak and Al's children Charlotte Braddy, Thomas McKinley and Jeff McKinley; and a brother John. He is also survived by many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Allen Dean Braddy Jr.
A visitation will be held on Sunday April 21, 2013 from 12 noon until 1:30 p.m. at the Winn-Cress Funeral Home 5785 Hwy Q Waunakee. A reception will follow at Rex's Innkeeper in Waunakee. A private burial will be held at St John's Cemetery.
