Jane Nix

MADISON – Jane F. Nix, age 69, of Madison, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020 at Nazareth House, Stoughton, with her husband by her side. She was born on January 12, 1951 in Madison to Frederick and Elizabeth (Longfield) Zimmer. Jane married her husband, Pat Nix, on September 20, 1980, recently celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. Jane was employed with the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation for 37 years.

Jane is survived by her husband, Pat; sister, Geralyn (Terry) Westby; niece, Rebecca (Toby) Westby Xu; nephew, Joseph (fiancé Jenny Danczyk) Westby; and great nephew, James Xu. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her father-in-law, Arthur Nix. Services will be held privately.
