Elaine's Obituary

Elaine C. Moran, age 74, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2012 at Agrace HospiceCare in Fitchburg. She was born on April 12, 1938 in Shawano County, WI. She attended Gillett Public Schools, and was a graduate the University of Wisconsin -Madison. Elaine resided in the Bay Creek Neighborhood of Madison for the past 56 years and was a Long time employee of the UW-Madison Primate Lab. She was a life member of the Freedom From Religion Foundation. Elaine loved to play bridge, and was a Life Master of the American Contract Bridge League. She is survived by her sisters Faye Boom, of Bozeman, Montana; Lois Allen, Janesville, nephew, Kevin Cole, and nieces, Lisa Vanderboom, Sara Smith, and Allison Davis. An informal memorial gathering will be held from 12:00 pm until 3: 00 pm on Sunday December 9, 2012 at Elaine's home. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Dane County Humane Society.
