Leo was a person that could see a job that needed to be done and would get done, always in a first class manner. Thanks for all the help building the NCOAGA.

At seminar 13 in San Juan, Puerto Rico one of the activities was attending horse racing at El Comante race track. Chief Skille missed all the buses returning to hotel but luckily I had ridden with some of the Puerto Ricans and we were able to get him "home". He didn't live that one down for quite a while. Seminars hold some really great memories.
